Formal Balls

Venue:

A rented hall or ballroom, depending on availability.

Dining:

Usually a catered event with pre-registration and payment required.

Attire:

Semi-formal. (Suits, dresses, ballgowns, and tuxedos.)

Music:

Usually provided by a hired Deejay service. If available, a live band is desirable.

Costs:

Participation costs will be dependent upon the added cost of the rented facility, and the cost of meals.

Dates:

The dates of formal balls will vary. We desire to host a high-level event annually, but this is not a guaranteed. These are costly events, and thus dictated by circumstance and projected participation.
